Terms of Sale
We take pride in the animals that we raise here at Deep South Balls, and will only sell the highest quality of ball pythons. All animals come with a photographic guarantee of its genetics as well as feeding records.
It is your responsibility to be familiar with and adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and keeping of these reptiles before committing to a purchase.
**All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any of our animals to anyone for any reason for the safety and well being of our animals. We cannot accept the return of any animal for any reason again for the safety and health of our collection.
***No sales will be made to persons under the age of 18 without prior written consent from responsible guardian.
Payments & Holding
All payments must be made in full before your animal is marked sold or is shipped to you, once a deposit is made a pending hold status will show on snake. Forms of payment accepted include: all major credit cards (through paypal), cashiers checks, money orders, and Paypal. If PayPal is used the buyer is responsible for any transaction costs (must use pay friends & family or include seller charges in payment). Once payment is received, no refunds will be issued. This includes credit cards. Once a transaction is complete all sales are final. Payments are expected every 1-2 weeks, unless other terms are negotiated. If a costumer decides they no longer want to make a purchase with us subsequent to payment, or payment in full from another purchaser, the balance of that costumer’s current payment will be considered credit toward a future purchase with Deep South Balls, or the 25% deposit is forfeited, remainder will be sent to customer. We appreciate your understanding regarding this provision. Shipping will not take place until full payment received. Must get a shipping quote through us by sending us your zip code. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT PLANS
Please inquire about our deposits and payment plans, 25% of purchase price is required to hold, and is non-refundable. We will try to be flexible as we can, so if you see something you like and don't have the full amount, send us an email and ask and we will try our best to accomodate you with a payment plan that works for both of us.
